Tenancy Information

Replacement of lost keys, fobs, remote controls or parking passes due to the Tenant(s) fault will be charged at the unit cost. Evidence of the cost incurred will be substantiated.
Riverside Property will charge a maximum of 15.00 Inc. VAT, per hour to the Tenant(s) for any reasonable time taken to resolve any replacement key/entry issue during office hours.
The Tenant(s) will be held liable for instructing a Locksmith and bear the cost of any replacement keys, fobs, remote control units and Locksmith charges outside of office hours should the necessity arise due to the Tenant(s) fault.
Aborted Contractor call out charges to a maximum of 50.00 Inc. VAT, should a Contractor be unable to access a property when previous arrangements or permissions have been requested and confirmed by the tenant(s). Evidence of any Contractor charges will be substantiated.
Variations to the Tenancy Agreement during the term of the Tenancy will be charged up to a maximum of 50.00 Inc. VAT.
Excess or wilful damage to the property caused by the Tenant(s) or as a direct result of the Tenants(s) neglecting to report a maintenance issue in a timely manner. Evidence of cost incurred will be substantiated.
Early surrender of the property during the term of the Tenancy will result in the Tenant(s) being liable for re-letting cost, Tenant Find currently 350.00 Inc. VAT, Managed Property, 150.00 Inc. VAT.
The Tenant shall remain responsible for the rental payments up to the end of the Tenancy term or until such time as the property is re-let.
Charges will be made at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate for each day that the rental payment has been outstanding. These charges will apply on the 14th day and will be back dated.
