The Tenant shall remain responsible for the rental payments up to the end of the Tenancy term or until such time as the property is re-let.
Charges will be made at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate for each day that the rental payment has been outstanding. These charges will apply on the 14th day and will be back dated.
