Managing Director Gordon has been involved with Riverside Property from day one. With a wealth of local knowledge and as a dedicated member of the community Gordon is able to show clients the best the city has to offer during complimentary guided tours. Gordon is also a fully qualified Health and Safety Inspector which comes in extremely useful for landlords and tenants alike.
Claire joined Riverside Property as a Director in March 2019. Claire has a proven track record in the industry and oversees the day to day running of the company.
Sarah joined us in 2016 in a dual role supporting various areas within the business including the finance department. Due to Sarah's dedication and excellent customer service experience she has now been promoted to Office Manager and is using her skills do address the challenges that present themselves during the day to day running of the office and providing support to the Company Directors.
Karen is a specialist in sales and lettings. Previously Karen was a mediator for business sales. Her experience and high standard of customer service means she is an invaluable member of the Riverside Property team. With her personable manner Karen is a welcome guest in your home and excels in all areas of her work.
Shorna has over 16 years experience as an Estate Agent. Having joined Riverside Property in 2014 she has invaluable experience and knowledge in sales and lettings in the local area. Shorna undertakes valuations and viewings providing advice, support and expertise. She is enthusiastic and passionate about the property market.
Anna joined us as a Lettings and Maintenance Administrator. With fabulous experience in the sector Anna is a key team member. Handling day to day issues ensuring the smooth running of the maintenance department her dedication determination and professionalism make Anna a pleasure to have on the team.
Lauren joined us as Lettings Apprentice at the tender age of 16 and has grown in experience and confidence ever since. Lauren is now our dedicated Sales Coordinator and a much valued member of our team.
Joining us in 2017 as a Financial Administrator Donna works as part of our Accounts Team ensuring Landlords, Contractors and Tenants receive excellent customer service. Donna brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience and is an asset to the organisation.
The second member of our fabulous Accounts Team, Gemma has a strong background in accounts and clients love her hands on approach. Having joined us in 2017 Gemma has quickly become a valued staff member and is always happy to help.
Billy has recently joined us as an apprentice and is a very welcome addition to our ever growing, dedicated team. Billy will be focussing his efforts in our Lettings Team and is already making his mark, we're really looking forward to watching him progress.
